VILLAS AT LAKESIDE TOWER

Van Trease Architectural Designs was exclusively selected to design and build seven custom Mediterranean Villas that enjoy the plethora of private amenities provide by Lakeside Tower, a 15-story luxury condominium tower on Lake Grapevine. Out of the seven built only two remain for sale, #302, a bungalow style home attached to the third floor of Lakeside Tower and #111, a Van Trease crafted model home.
